Recent fan art imagins what Spider-Man 2099 could look like if he bonds with the Venom symbiote in Sony’s Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse. Oscar Isaac first voiced Miguel O’Hara at the end of 2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, but had a much larger role as Spider-Man 2099 in 2023’s Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. He was revealed to be the leader of the Spider Society, an interdimensional group of Spider-People tasked with maintaining the stability of the Spider-Verse and ensuring all canon events occurred. Although O’Hara was seen to be a minor antagonist to Miles Morales, new fan art suggests he may become much more menacing in the upcoming sequel.
