A majority of these Pokemon can be summoned by interacting with a beacon while holding specific items. Some of them further require this all to take place in specific biomes too. Both Ancient Temples with functioning beacons, as well as Altars with incomplete beacons, will spawn throughout your world. You need to be lucky to find these though, so it can be easier to make your own beacon and activate it with nine iron blocks.
